Nick Hughes - Co-Owner & Massage TherapistNick is a massage therapist, yoga teacher and co-owner of Well Being. He first studied massage at the Esalen Institute in 2001 and has been practicing massage professionally ever since. Nick's trainings include Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Shiatsu and Reiki. Nick is skilled at providing lasting relief to tense muscles, using an intuitive, nurturing and deeply healing style. His many years of experience and dedication to the art of massage are what make his massages outstanding.

Gaylene Asmus - Massage TherapistOriginally from New Zealand, Gaylene has lived in Lake Tahoe for over 15 years. She graduated from the Philips School of Massage in Nevada City in 2003. Skilled in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral Therapy and Hot Stone modalities, Gaylene is also a Karuna Holy Fire Reiki Master. Her massages are deeply nurturing and heart centered, combining intuitive touch with energy work. Gaylene's focus is to relieve muscle tension while restoring balance to the physical, mental and emotional bodies.

Meghan Brennan - Massage TherapistMeghan has been practicing massage in Tahoe for almost 20 years. She attended the Maui School of Therapeutic Massage where she obtained over 700 hours of advanced massage training. Meghan specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuro-Muscular Therapy and Lomi Lomi massage, as well as having many years of experience with treating injuries and chronic pain. Meghan is exceptionally skilled at finding the root cause of discomfort, working with the entire body to bring it back into balance.

Tiffany Curd - Massage TherapistTiffany has lived in Tahoe since 2011. She studied massage at the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville California, graduating in 2001 with over 500 hours of training. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy. She is also a Reiki master. Tiffany’s focus is on addressing an individual’s physical needs while also providing emotional healing. Her nurturing massage style helps to relieve both pain and stress, customizing her massages to meet each client’s particular needs.

Kristin Blinman - Massage TherapistKristin graduated from the Hands on Healing Institute in Los Angeles in 2016 and has been working as a massage therapist ever since. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Reiki, and Sports Massage and has an in-depth knowledge of anatomy/kinesiology. She is certified in Neurokinetic Therapy, a system of muscle testing and bodywork geared toward assessment and rehabilitation of injury and longstanding movement patterns.

Katie Epstein - Massage TherapistOriginally from Simsbury Connecticut, Katie has lived in Tahoe for almost 10 years. She trained at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy where she studied Swedish, Trigger Point and Myofascial massage. Her massages are nurturing and relaxing and feature long, slow strokes with some stretching, rocking and trigger points.
